Prepare this delicious breakfast granola in only 30 minutes. Enough to enjoy it the whole week!
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
Combine oats, coconut flakes, roasted ground milled flaxseed and salt. Crush almonds and mix with the other dry ingredients.
Boil agave syrup and coconut oil in a kettle until the coconut oil is melted. Pour over the dry ingredients and stir. Spread the mixture out evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until crispy and toasted. Add dried bilberries. Cool the mixture and store in an airtight container.
Tip: Enjoy with soy yogurt and sprinkle 1 tsp lingonberry powder over your granola.
