(vegan, glutenfree, paleo, no refined sugar, dairy-free)
These crackers are so easy to make that after you made them for the first time you will want to make them over and over again. They are ideal if you are avoiding gluten or following a paleo diet as they are completely gluten free and grain free.
They are great as they are or even more delicious dipped them in hummus, guacamole or they are a great accompaniment for nut cheeses too.
Apart from being so delicious, these beauties are also a powerhouse of nutrients and skin loving fats and omegas. I have used Love arctic Milled Sea Buckthorn Flaxseeds which are extremely rich in healthy omegas 3 fatty acids which are essential for healthy hair, nails and skin.
I love having few of these crackers with my lunch or dinner or just when I want a quick and easy snack.
Makes about 12-14 crackers depending on the size
Start by preheating the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Gradually add in all the water while stirring. Combine all the ingredients together thoroughly.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the crackers mix onto the tray and with a spatula spread it evenly. Gently score the dough into squares. This way the crackers will snap easily once baked.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Let the crackers cool down completely before cutting them into square.
