This is by far one my favourite smoothie combinations. I love how thick and creamy it is, it’s like having dessert for breakfast! It’s naturally sweet and it packs so much vitamins, protein, healthy fats and antioxidants. It’s ideal as breakfast on the run or as a post workout snack as its high protein content will help repair your muscles quicker and will keep you fuller for longer.
The Lingonberry powder apart from giving the smoothie a fresh and tart flavour also add so much skin loving antioxidants that will literally make you glow from inside out.
Serves one person
Simply place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You can use more or less liquid depending on how thick you like your smoothie. If you are in a rush and you prefer drink it you just add more almond milk to make it more liquid.
If I have time in the morning I love serving mine in a bowl and top it with fresh berries, homemade granola and some coconut chips for extra crunch.
