Chia pudding is a great breakfast as you can prepare it the night before in just a few minutes and enjoy in the morning. We pimped the chia pudding recipe up a bit and made it every girl's dream - pink chia pudding!
The color comes from our organic lingonberry powder, that gives this sweet and creamy recipe some nice crisp taste as well as loads of antioxidants and fiber. The chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids and protein to complete your healthy breakfast or snack.
Combine the almond milk, almond yogurt, chia seeds, organic lingonberry powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a jar. Stir well and store in the fridge overnight. Enjoy the next morning!
Tip: Enjoy pur or with your favorite berries or fruits. We used bilberries as it is bilberry season at the moment :-)
