Give your crepes a healthy and delicious touch by adding organic nettle powder to them. Nettles are rich in iron, magnesium, calcium, chlorophyll as well as Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Nettles can also reduce body acidity.
This French delicacy with an Arctic touch is perfect to serve as lunch or dinner. You can fill the crepes with basically anything you want - for example cheese and vegetables - or eat them plain with lingonberries like we prefere them. Our nettles come from clean Arctic fields in Finland and have an aromatic herbal taste to fall in love with.
Whisk together the flour, salt and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk, stirring to combine. Finally, add the nettle powder. Heat a lightly buttered frying pan to medium heat. Cook the crepe until the bottom is light brown, then turn around and cook until the other side gets a light brown color as well.
