(vegan, no refined sugar, dairy-free)
This is possibly the easiest breakfast ever! I also love to have it as a quick and nutrition snack mid afternoon. For this recipe I have used frozen blueberries but any kind of berries would work. If you want to make extra substantial you can also add in 1/2 banana. I love going crazy with toppings as they add texture and different flavours. I have also used Love Arctic Crisp Lingonberry powder which is packed with incredible antioxidants, vitamin E and potassium.
1 cup of yogurt of your choice ( I have used soy)
1/4 cup of frozen or fresh berries ( I have used blueberries)
1/2 tablespoon of Love Arctic Crisp Lingonberry powder
Optional: add 1 teaspoon of sweetener of your choice
Berries or fruit of your choice
Simply place the yogurt, berries and Love Arctic Lingoberry powder into a blender and blend until smooth. You can also use a hand blender for this.
Top with all your favourite toppings and enjoy! Store any leftover yogurt in the fridge in an airtight container or jar for few days.
