Chia seeds are true power seeds. They are packed with omega-3, antioxidants, calcium, fiber and protein. Mixing them with organic bilberry powder full of antioxidants as well as high in Vitamin E and K will give you a real power breakfast. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Stir well and store in the fridge overnight (or 8 hours). Enjoy your bilberry chia pudding the next morning!
